Ahhhhhh….. another week, another pair of disgruntled Arsenal fans! When will this torment end!? Following a disappointing 2-0 defeat in the North London Derby, the boys attempt to dissect the tactics imposed by Mikel Arteta, look ahead to our upcoming festive fixtures and ask the question of all questions; what will it take to feel good again!?





A Week Off From Looking Back at Happier Times

Yet more dismay in the Arsenal Football Club ranks has left the boys feeling understandably mournful. Following a 2-1 defeat at home to Wolves, a third home defeat in a row, the mood has left Andrei needing a rest from the usual chipper trip down memory lane! A glance at the upcoming fixture list does nothing to raise Tom’s spirits. They laugh and they cry in equal measure, and hopefully you will too!

The Sad Boys in Red & White

After another disappointing result for The Arsenal, this time a 0-0 draw way at Leeds, the Andrei and Tom do their best to raise each others spirits ahead of the upcoming festive fixture list. When this proves virtually impossible, they revert to what they know best; waxing lyrical about years gone by!

This week, the lads share their memories of the 1999/2000 home shirt, when life was a simpler and more enjoyable time!


Crashing Back Down to Earth

After the elation from the 1-0 victory at Old Trafford, Tom and Andrei are sent hurtling back down to reality following the Gunners 3-0 home defeat at the hands of the mighty Aston Villa. Andrei hits Tom with a couple of posing questions regarding the future of the club designed to bring out his inner-most pessimism.

What could possibly help them recover from yet another set of false promises? Well, evidently very little, but their usual trip down memory lane to celebrate goals of years gone by serves as some light respite, with this weeks instalment being the 1998/1999 home shirt.

The season promises to be yet another topsy-turvy campaign for The Boys in Red and White!

1-0 to the Arsenal!

Buoyed by Arsenal's 1-0 victory at Old Trafford on Sunday, the boys discuss how significant a win this might be and how special it always is to beat Manchester United, especially away from home. They also reminisce about the 2001/2002 double winning season, a campaign ending with another 1-0 victory at Old Trafford. But most importantly, did Tom watch the Dundalk game!? There's only one way to find out!

A Dilemma of Epic Proportions

The return of the commentary quiz as both Tom and Andrei struggle to get over the finish line! The boys discuss the disappointing defeat to Leicester City before Andrei attempts to give Tom some sound advice to his upcoming Dundalk-based predicament. It really is tough being a football fan! 

Finally, the boys look at the 2008-2009 away shirt and reminisce about some of their favourite goals and memories created during that season.

A Rapid Podcast for a Rapid Victory
